Personal Note

My core professional values consist of transparency, accountability, tenacity, diligent investigations and preparation, candid communication, and stellar work product. Where the facts and law are favorable, I take an aggressive approach to litigation: The best defense is a good offense. And when the facts are precarious to my client, I rely on my negotiation skills and industry relationships to reach extrajudicial settlements. I am motivated by new challenges and enthusiasm for achieving fairness. Although I strive to be a perfectionist in practice, I believe that a sense of humor and humbly owning one’s mistakes are essential in achieving mutual trust.
