Career Basics

Jordan Murphree is a workers’ compensation defense attorney with the unique advantage of having represented both employers and injured workers. This dual perspective allows him to quickly assess claim exposure and build strong defenses. Before practicing law, Jordan served as an EMT in both the emergency department and on an ambulance as a first responder—experience that gives him a sharp eye for interpreting medical records and understanding the impact of injuries.

Education

Jordan graduated Cum Laude from University of La Verne College of Law in 2022, where he earned two CALI Excellence for the Future awards and a PILF ‘Closing Argument Best Prosecutor’ award. Prior to law school, Jordan attended Arizona State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

Personal Note

Through my experience litigating claims, I have come to truly appreciate the value of respectful communication with all parties in order to resolve matters as efficiently as possible.

Outside of work, I am an avid baseball fan and enjoy spending time outdoors- golfing, hiking, or scuba diving. If I hadn’t become an attorney, I likely would have opened a bar and restaurant with great food and even better music!
